GT-90 Pickup

The Thorn Staple Top GT-90 made its debut in 2007 as the stock pickup in the Thorn Junior-Ninety models. Its AlNiCo 5 rectangular staple poles provide refined definition and clarity compared to traditional P-90s with bar magnets.

The GT-90 Neck is clear and articulate, delivering enough power and presence to hold its own alongside the GT-90 Bridge—or even a humbucker.

The GT-90 Bridge retains the growl and grind that define a classic P-90, while adding greater presence, articulation, and authority.
