Like I said, this is the type of guitar that started it all for Thorn Custom Guitars. Wood appointments, custom inlays, proprietary hardware...just like the good old days.
The triple GT-90 set-up is deadly. Phat-strat, phat-chime, and pure nastiness - here's the recipe for that. The semi-hollow extra thick body is so alive that this beauty sings at any volume. There are a few notes that seem to drive and excite the body into The Supernatural-type sustain at fairly low volume, it's crazy.
Pull the Tone knob in the #5 switch position for both the bridge and middle in series and lookout! Like a dead-blow mallet to the forehead. Sean, you'll have to issue a 10-second warning prior to activating this setting...let the first couple rows clear out before hand.
The maple neck and ABW board keep plenty of clarity on tap providing a quick attack and even a little twang in the quack-positions. This Thorn should settle in nicely between your other two - tonally speaking.

This is a very attractive looking guitar. Almost militant with the greens, blacks and naturals. A very cool look no doubt. Couple that with the bling of the custom inlay and the total package ends up being extremely pleasing to look at. I personally love it. The color is based on a sample that Sean stained and sealed on a piece of scrap quilt maple years ago. It's nothing I would have came up with on my own, very well done Sean!

And finally, I must thank Sean for his support all these years. Always contributing on here, loading clips and videos, a positive attitude EVERY time we speak, and someone I proudly consider a friend.
Thank you my friend,

Ron
