This the first time I've done this arrangement too...very cool tones.
Color: Natural
This one features a first on a Thorn - a matching koa
top and back...koa doubley goooooood. Polexia and her slightly thinner twin sister
Galaxina, . Yeah!!!
Tone report:
First off, the sustain is amazing. 10 seconds before each note even begins to decay.
Everyone knows how much I like the Rios...phat and juicy. They are on the dark side, but
the rosewood neck brings back the mids and really helps with the "growl". The #2
setting may be my favorite, it has the Strat quack, but man is it THICK sounding.
Personally, this one has it all for me. My favorite pickup configuration, killer woods,
and amazing tone...me likey.
Now, if Wendell likes it as much as I do - we'll both be happy men.
Thanks Wendell, let us know once you've had a chance to wind it up!
