Intial Tone Report:

The tone from this one is huge, but really tight. There isn't any boominess or flab at all. Clear and articulate as expected, and the Wagners sound great...also expected:) .
It's very touch sensitive too, a light hand yields a clean tone. Digging in and you get a smooth overdrive - all without touching the volume control or the amp.

Brian, I hope you love it. Thank you for hanging in there all this time. By the tone in your voice yesterday on the phone, I'm guessing you didn't get much sleep last night :D

Enjoy it my friend!!!

Above: The body started as a 1-pc. black limba slab, almost 3" thick. I cut the "top" off of it, semi-hollowed the body and the underside of the top, then inlaid the top into the body.
The result is the appearance of a seamless 1-pc. body....but semi-hollow!

Dig the bursted headstock sides :)

I love looking through the soundhole and seeing the matching black lines on the inside of the back.
