I like Juniors. It forces you to tweak knobs. I don't fiddle with the Tone knob on guitars much, but with a Junior it's a must. You can really cover an amazing array of tones with a Volume, a Tone, and a P-90.
Dump the tone down to 6 and roll the volume down to 9 and it's a smooth rhythm tone. Roll the Tone up to 8 and a little more bite fades in. Wind them both up to 10 and the grind and growl kicks you in the teeth...very cool, and very fun!

Scott, it's simple but it rocks!

It'll make a nice addition to your Thorn stash - thank you very much!

Here we have TheFaf's "simple" Junior styled Thorn.
From a phonebooth, Scott called me saying that since he's serial number 86, lets do a theme.
Unfortunately, I had just stepped out so he missed me by that much. Kaos ensued once we started the build trying to determine a control layout. While at the cobbler's, he had a brilliant idea.
We brained stormed all through the night until it was time to kill the lights, Jaime. Here's what we came up with...and we're loving it.
