Tone: This is an incredible combo, it sounds very big. Not boomy, just really full and musical. The neck pickup as a humbucker is very smooth, but when switched to both neck coils in parallel...look out. It has a tone that is one of my favorites. Not too crisp and not muddy...just right.
I have Matt (Lotus) to thank for that wiring trick, I highly recommend it to anyone with a HB in the neck and wants a super cool optional setting.

Steve, I'm guessing this guitar is going to see a lot of action. Play the heck out of it my friend!!!
